1. Who is custom packaging suitable for?
Custom packaging is ideal for businesses looking to build their own brand, improve product presentation, or sell through retail, Amazon, or distribution channels.
2. Do custom packaging require additional fees?
Yes, custom packaging involves additional costs due to printing plates and tooling setup.
Before production, a sample fee, shipping cost, and printing setup (tooling) fee are required to ensure your design can be accurately produced.
3. Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?
Yes, we provide samples for confirmation before mass production.
A sample fee and shipping cost will be charged, allowing you to review the quality, structure, and design before proceeding.
4. What packaging options do you offer?
We offer both single-roll boxes and multi-roll cartons (e.g., 10-roll packs).
You can customize box size, structure, materials, colors, printing, and logo branding based on your needs.
5. What do I need to provide for customization?
You can provide your logo files, design artwork, and specific requirements.
If you don’t have a design ready, our team can assist you in creating a suitable packaging solution.
6. How long does custom packaging take?
Production time depends on the complexity of the design and order quantity.
Custom packaging typically requires additional time for sampling, confirmation, and production compared to standard packaging.
7. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom packaging?
Yes, the minimum order quantity for custom packaging is 200 units.
A one-time $100 customization fee is required for the first order. This fee covers die-cut mold setup, design, sampling, and shipping costs, and does not include the cost of the packaging boxes for future orders.
Please note:
- The die-cut mold fee is required for first-time setup only.
- The mold will be kept and managed by Jahora. Ownership of the mold remains with Jahora.
- We will store your mold for 6 months. If you continue placing orders, the mold can be retained for long-term use.
- If the mold needs to be reopened after expiration, a $20 mold re-opening fee will apply.
To avoid unnecessary costs and delays, we recommend finalizing your packaging design before production.
Final packaging prices may vary depending on material selection and design complexity.

8. What packaging is used if I don’t request customization?
All products are shipped using Jahora standard packaging by default.
