Orders may be canceled before shipment or production begins. Once an order has been shipped or entered production, it cannot be canceled.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- All parts and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or made-to-order products (including 3D printed items)
- Digital products or downloadable files (including STL files)
- Opened or used consumables (such as filament or resin)
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Return Process

Please provide:
- Order number
- Product details
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos if applicable
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- A trackable shipping method is recommended
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

- Issue partial refunds where applicable
Refunds
If a return is approved:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Consumables Policy
Consumable products must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return. Opened consumables are not eligible unless defective.
Warranty Limitations

- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- External damage (including environmental or physical damage)
- Lost or stolen items
- Products without valid proof of purchase
Anti-Fraud Policy

Chargebacks
